Refurbished in 2010, the air-conditioned hotel offers 198 rooms and a range of facilities and consists of a main building with a large welcoming 24-hour reception and lobby area and annexe blocks housing much of the accommodation. Amenities include shops and a hairdressing salon and the hotel has Internet access and also room and laundry services for an extra fee. Further facilities include a 24-hour check-out service, currency exchange facilities, lift access to the upper floors, a TV lounge, kids' club, restaurant and a car park.

The rooms have been refurbished in a modern style and are brightly decorated. Amenities include centrally controlled air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and minibar (all with extra charge) and satellite TV free of charge. An en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, direct dial telephone, radio and a balcony or terrace also feature in all rooms as standard.

The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool and a pool with waterslide as well as a separate children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar. Guests may also work out in the gym, join in an aqua fit or aerobics (fees apply) session, relax in the sauna, or with a massage (fees apply). Watersports available for a fee on the sandy beach include waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing. Guests may also enjoy a game of pool/snooker (fees apply), beach volleyball, bocce or table tennis (fees apply). The hotel puts on entertainment programmes for adults and children.

The hotel offers all-inclusive packages, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served in buffet form. A la carte options are available for lunch and dinner and guests may also select their dinner from a set menu.
